岗位职责：
1. Establish and implement policies and institutions pay and benefits; 
2. Design and implementation of compensation and benefits program; 
3. Analysis of labor costs and improved; 
4. The pay and benefits review and control calculations, the bonus program design and tracking; 
5. The establishment and revision of the performance management system; 
6. Implementation and supervision of the implementation of the performance management process.


任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.More than 5 years of human resources compensation and benefits administration, performance management and management experience;
3. There is some writing skills, there are companies pay and benefits, performance management and management experience;
4. The skilled use of office automation software;
5. Team management experience, good organization, planning, coordination, communication skills;
