Senior Accountant

· Support the day to day operations, including GL posting, Fixed Asset accounting, inter-co accounting;

· Month, quarter end closure, including Accrued and Prepaid posting

· Maintain accounting records to ensure compliance with requirements under statutory rules, accounting standards, corporate policies and procedures;

· Generate GL vouchers and review journal entries made by other functions to ensure accuracy of accounting records.

· Responsible for tax invoice issuance for domestic customers, VAT system maintenance of input & output VAT;

· Responsible for tax declaration (including VAT, VAT Subsidy, Stamp Duty, Business Tax, CIT etc.);

· Be responsible for reports’ declaration, such as tax (including tax refund), statistic and others

· Prepare and review operation procedures and manual to ensure that activities undertaken are in compliance with legal, tax, accounting as well as corporate standards.

· Prepare documents for annual audit, support internal auditing.

· File and register all the invoices according to the company routines;

· Ad hoc assigned by finance team. 



Requirement: 

· Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation;

· Over 5 years of work experience in accounting or taxation;

· Hands-on experience in different finance aspects as long as working experience in international company is preferred;

· Excellent computer skills, Proficiency in MS office application, with advanced Excel skills;

· Knowledge of SAP and US GAAP is preferred;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in Mandarin and English (CET 6 or above);

· With team Spirit and high sense of responsibility, being able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

· Well-organized, self-motivated;
