职位描述Description:



1.Completes incoming parts inspection instruction and Sets up related inspection methods, guides制定来料检验指导书和建立相关检验手段；



2.Guides inspector to check the incoming part correctly，指导来料检验员对来料进行检验的准确度 



3.Supplier Quality Problems controlling & Solving & Improvement，.Inspects incoming parts, analyzes incoming parts quality issues in production，供应商质量问题的控制、解决和提高，对来料检验，生产线发生的来料质量问题进行分析



4Establishes and tracks improvement action and constraint action.改进措施和遏制措施的制定和追踪



5.works with purchasing and materials team, organizes supplier MQR meeting.和采购和物料部门配合，组织供应商MQR会议



6.Deals with returning and claiming for compensation from supplier for reject parts.供应商不合格品的退货和相关索赔



7.Be responsible for continuously decrease of SPPM indicators,负责供应商SPPM指标的持续降低.



8.Analyzes supplier quality issues from customer plant and after sales service, judgment of responsibility, improvement of supplier quality issues.对于客户现场及售后服务发现的属于供应商质量的问题进行分析,责任判断，供应商问题改进 



9.Be responsible for reporting supplier parts quality, and participates in supplier performance assessment.负责提供供应商供货质量业绩，并参与供应商业绩评估 





任职要求Requirements:



1.Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。



2.More than 2 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.2年以上汽车零配件行业质量相关工作经验，熟悉汽车座椅工艺。



3.TS  knowledge is a must, qualified internal auditor is a plus .熟悉TS体系，认证内审员优先考虑;



4.Experience with managing outside companies preferred,良好的供应商管理技巧
