　　公司成立于2000年，前身为宏祥粘胶公司，2004年投资逾600万元人民币成立于深圳市宝力科技有限公司，公司坐落在宝安大道和南光、龙大高速交汇处，占地面积12000多平方米，生产面积约5000平方米，是集研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的高新技术企业。
公司建立并通过了符合国际惯例的IS09001：2008 版质量管理体系，ISO14001：2004环境管理体系，产品通过了UL、SGS认证，符合ROHS及卤素要求。
公司主要生产应用于电子，电器及精密仪器工业领域的粘接，导热、密封、灌封、披覆及作特殊用途的产品，达到国内同行业领先水平，有自己独立的研发中心并和中科院进行广泛合作，设有课题研发，同时也与国际化的大公司签订了长期的合作协议，并成为长期的绿色环保合作单位。
