As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance Division, you will assist the Sales Director and the team. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships. 



In this exciting role you will:



•Quotation from IBIS

•Key-in NBO in IBIS

•IBIS MO Closure /Extension

•Olfactive Description for the fragrance to be submitted

•RAPS Documentation along with fragrance submission

•Sales Contract -- Chopping

•QC Documentation MSDS requested by client

•Forecast (Regular Request from Material Planning)

•PCDM Information

•Vehicle Management

•Market sample preparation incl. Order samples from other regions, samples shipment

•Illustration labelling

•Workshop/Client activity/Exhibition admin support incl. Poster printing, sampling oil etc.
