Job Responsibilities:



工作职责:



1 Perform the audit in accordance with related TN procedure – A00VA02 and AxxVA02, which are stored in our Extranet (https://extranet.tuev-nord.de).根据存放在Extranet (https://extranet.tuev-nord.de) 中的TüV NORD的程序 - A00VA02和AxxVA02实施审核。



2 Sufficiently communicate with client on site.与顾客在现场充分地沟通。



3 Inform internal staffs (such as sales staff or customer service staff) according to client’s information including significant change. 通知内部人员（如市场人员或客服人员）关于顾客的信息包括重大的变更。



4 Timely communicate with Quality manager and or Technical manager according to any significant events during audit. 审核时将重大事件与审核经理和/或技术经理及时沟通。



5 Other tasks during audit besides the requirements in TN procedure:



审核中除了在TüV NORD程序中的其它事项：



5.1 Explain the “Audit Memo” to the client, as well as ask the client to sign it. 将“审核备忘录”解释给顾客，并且要求顾客签署。



5.2 Balance the traveling fee with client if necessary. Fulfill and provide ATR to customer service staff. 需要时与顾客结算差旅费，并填写和递交ATR表给客户服务人员



6 About the plan, report or project document besides the requirements in TN procedure:



关于除了在TüV NORD程序中要求之外的计划、报告和项目文件：



6.1 The document review report and plan shall be completed and forwarded to CS department and client.



完成文件审核计划和报告后回复给客户服务和客户。



6.2 Ensure the integrality of the audit / project file when return the file to CS department. Forward the report to customer service department after audit / project according to the deadline in related TN procedure, special case refer to internal specification



确保归还给客服部的审核/项目档案的完整性。根据有关的TüV NORD程序中的期限，特殊情况参见内部规定，在审核/项目后将报告传给客户服务部。



6.3 Take necessary correction and reply to related veto person within communicated days if receiving the comments from the veto person.当收到veto person的意见后在规定时间内采取必要的纠正并且回复veto person。

Qualifications & Abilities:



资质和能力



*需具有TS审核员资质



1. Bachelor /college or above degree



2. At least 4 years working experiences



3. Obtain CCAA / TUV NORD Cert registered auditor qualification



4. Ability to work in a team environment and with client



5. Familiar with quality management system



6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



7. Fluent English both in oral and writing



8. Good computer skill



9. Presentation skill
