岗位职责 Job Responsibilities





The British Council China is looking to recruit two China Exams Change Project Manager

 

This role is to support the China Exams Digitisation Programme Manager in the initiation, planning, implementation and evaluation of global Exams change projects and China business improvement projects across all China offices to achieve the project targets within the agreed timeline, budget and quality standards. 

 

You will be supporting the China Digitisation Programme Manager in the global Exams change which involves projects implementation and evaluation across all China offices with analysis of operational and financial data

 

You will also lead the China Exams business improvement projects initiation, planning, execution and evaluation under the Exams Project Management Framework and in consultation with the China Digitisation Programme Manager, to support the assessment of business improvement initiatives raised by business streams or system users

 



岗位要求 Job Requirements





To be able to qualify for this role, you will need to hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 7 or equivalent) and is a Native Chinese speaker.

You will also need to have experience in project management, change implementation or process improvement and working with dispersed or virtual teams and will be advantageous if you have Certification of project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
