POSITION OVERVIEW Strategic Sourcing Analyst responsibility includes assurance of supply, superior cost management and uncompromising stewardship in support of our internal & external customers. System responsibility includes, but not limited to, price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration. Sourcing Analyst will also have additional support responsibilities to include a variety of project-related work and daily management tasks related to indirect sourcing, usage tracking and forecasting and price reconciliation. Focus will be on day-to-day activities vital to running the business. PRIMARY DUTIES 40% Sourcing (Indirect) 60% Sourcing Support, Transactional, System Work Responsibilities could include the following support to sourcing manager on Support strategic sourcing, contracting, category management, and SRM activities by collecting, analyzing, and managing data to provide actionable insights and improved sourcing decisions. • Collect/ analyses needs from stake holders. • Vendors Sourcing and analysis. • Contract process. • Communicate with external vendors and internal stake holders for execution. Possess intermediate level business understanding, understanding of value propositions, good communication skills and collaborative/team skills. • Lead projects. • Implement sourcing strategies • Handle commercial complains to vendors. • System support, comfortable working with data bases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets. Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Support a variety of project-related work and daily management tasks related to indirect sourcing, usage tracking and forecasting and price reconciliation. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor education background, major in engineering or manufacturing related etc. • 5 years above related working experience. • Strong Chinese& English communication skill, oral and written. • Strong analytical skill in data analysis. • Have capability in flexibility of taking more responsibility • Demonstrates proficiency in the following competencies:
