IT 高级业务分析师

Qualification：



1. As the IT business partner, handle the various business requirement from various business owners independently

2. Analyse the business requirement and design the integrated IT solution. Align the solution with both business stakeholders and IT solution delivery team

3. Work with project manager and system analyst to monitor the solution delivery and control the solution delivery risks

4. Recommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives and business process improvement to better serve business needs

5. Lead the IT projects when necessary



Requirement：

1. A degree, especially in Engineer, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing or related areas.

2. Proficient in common business process of OTC/PTP/RTR, deep understanding of SAP ERP

3. Wide knowledge in various application e.g. SAP ERP, OA application, Wechat/mobile applications, call center system and the basic infrastructure knowledge

4. At least 5 years’ experience in SAP ERP implementation project, proficient in the configuration/deployment for at least one key module e.g. SD, MM. FI,

5.Good experience in business blueprint design and user expectation fulfillment

6. Rich project management experience
