职责描述：

The position is responsible for Customer Services, Demand and planning Functional Groups.

•Materials Requirements Planning (MRP/MRP-II)

•Sales and Operating Planning

•Direct Plant Production Scheduling and Order Fulfillment

•Inventory Working Capital Management

•BU key user lead on Supply chain tool and process ( SAP, Picaso, Power BI, etc). 

•Toll Operations Direction

•Business Quality System Owner

•Business Service Guidelines Owner





任职要求：

1. Knowledge and experience 知识 



· Professional functional experience in plant operations, finance, customer service and logistics. 



· In Depth knowledge on S&OP process and inventory management strategy. 



· ISO process and management 



2. Education 教育背景



· B.A. or B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent with 5-7 years supply chain or similar experience, with a minimum 5 years management experience.



· Masters Degree preferred. 



3. Language & Skills 语言及技能 



· Strong communication skill in Chinese and English(spoken and written) 



4. Abilities 能力 



· Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 



· Strong analytical and decision making capabilities 



· Interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and enlist the help of others to accomplish the required tasks. · Strong organizational, problem solving, prioritizing and planning skills. 



· Excellent PC skills required – SAP/Outlook/Microsoft Office work environment
