Job Summary 职位概述

The Project Officer (Project Consultant) will be based in Guangzhou China and prepared to travel as required. The Project Officer will work with the rest of the Impactt team to develop and deliver high quality project work.

项目主任(项目顾问)常驻中国广州办公室,需要根据工作安排出差,并与其他团队成员一起合作开发及完成项目。

Job Description: 职位内容描述

1. Project Work 项目工作

 - Coordinating and completing factory assessments, special investigation, remediation and consultancy programs

 与团队成员合作或独立完成工厂评估,特别调查,补救及咨询项目

 - Supporting Senior Consultant/Pricipal Consultant to develop training materials, guidelines and tools for the implementation of projects

 协助高级顾问/资深顾问开发培训材料,指导手册及项目开展的工具

 - Supporting others to prepare for training sessions which includes material preparation, invitations and registration, training facilitation, writing evaluation and summary reports

 协助其他团队成员为培训会议作准备,包括准备培训材料,邀请和注册,培训现场辅助,撰写评估和总结报告

 - Liaising with project factories and/or other clients

 开展项目时,需与工厂及/或客户沟通协商

 - Supporting Senior Consultant/Pricipal Consultant to design new products 协助高级顾问/资深顾问开发新产品

 - Supporting Senior Consultant/Pricipal Consultant to sell more businesses and to maintain client networking

 协助高级顾问/资深顾问拓展业务,及维护客户关系



2. Internal 内部工作

 - Organising travel arrangement/itineraries as required

 根据要求安排差旅及路线

 - Maintaining the internal factory data base, marketing list and other data assigned by Project managers

 根据项目经理的任务安排,完成内部工厂数据库,客户联系表及其他数据录入。

 - Other administration work assigned by the Office Manager

 完成办公室经理安排的其他日常管理工作



3. Skills, Knowledge and Attitude 技能,知识及态度要求

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 良好的沟通的技能

 - Be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

 中英文流利

 - Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Web skills

 熟练运用Microsoft office软件,包括Word, Excel, Outlook and Web skills

 - Open minded and willing to learn new things

 开朗并乐于学习新事物

 - Team player

 具有团队意识

 - Integrity and reliable

 为人正直可靠

 - Self-managing time and priorities to delivering work on-time, on-budget 

 良好的自我时间及任务管理,保证能够按时按预算完成工作

 - Paying attention to detail and works to achieve ‘right first time’ in their work 

 关注细节,以达到“一次性完成”工作

 - Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure

 能适应经常性差旅及工作压力

 - Demonstrating worker training skills and strong data analysis skills is prefer

 具备良好的员工培训技能及良好的数据分析能力优先考虑



4. Qualifications and Experience 资质及经验要求

 - An undergraduate university degree or above 本科或以上学历

 - At least 2 years’ experience in CSR or factory HR field 至少2年CSR或工厂HR领域工作经验

 - Third Party compliance auditor background or HR backgroup with factory working experience is preferred

 拥有第3方审核背景以或工厂HR工作经验优先考虑
