CNC工艺工程师（新厂）

岗位职责:

• Under the direction of Process Engineering Manager, have responsibilities for leading surfacing technical team and doing technical support to lens surfacing process. 

• Ensure the process to obtain optimum manufacturing capabilities, stability and good quality in lens with high yield. 

• Supply technical support to other related process areas.



1、Provide technical support to production cells to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/supervisors to receive enough help when they need.

2、Coordinate process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment.

3、Develop and manage the raw & consumable material to improve the material utilization, keep BOM updated regularly

4、Monitor the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. 

5、Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time

6、Investigate the lens defect causes and work out the best solution

8、Do documentation including records and analyses of process

9、Regularly conduct assessments for existing process/equipment in Surfacing area

10、Implement new process and keep CNRX-G1 followed with latest updating in CZV group.

11、Interface with vendors and customers to determine and/or solve a variety of process-related problems; to ensure raw materials, process and design are compatible.

12、Organize and fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.

13、Participate in or manage the projects in production expansion, new equipment, facility modification to reach the target as expected

14、Maintain up to date information of practices and improvements in process and program.

任职资格:

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in Optical /Mechanical or relative engineering discipline

• At least 4 years experience in manufacturing field

• Familiar with the tooling management

• Fluent in English of both written and spoken

• Good team work spirit and leadership

• Can work with less supervision.

• Familiar with SPC, FMEA, DOE
