Production Responsibilities 

  1、Monitor the daily activity of production staff. Make changes as appropriate to attain an effective productive process. Maintain the staff has all the training, tools and support as appropriate to perform their duties. 

2、Communicate a clear direction for employee's to understand their responsibility and effect to the companies performance. Monitor tasks are performed as documented/directed. Re-train and or support learning as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of work instructions and procedures to achieved planned training goals. 

  3、Develop a positive "Team Atmosphere". Promote group accomplishments "working together to serve a common goal" of superior Quality, Productivity and Efficiency! 

  4、Monitor the Purchasing and procurement of raw materials to confirm adequate stock is available to maintain planned production performance. Compile and report the weekly status of inventory supplies as required.

  5、Perform tooling changeovers as documented per procedures. Perform tooling sharpening and maintenance also as documented and trained. 

  6、Monitor the tracking of Production machine utilization. Compile and report downtime definitions and develop plans for downtime reduction. 

  7、Monitor and maintain the Preventive Maintenance programs. Confirm tasks are completed and all responsibilities are documented and updated as per the documented procedures. 

  8、Monitor the shipping of customer orders. Make sure employees understand all customer and IMF requirements to maintain the highest quality presentation of parts, packaging and documents.


Minimum Qualification Requirements: 

Training: IMF Provides Document Training. 

 Experience: Five year or more within a manufacturing environment. 

 Preferred SkillsComputer Literacy, English Spoken and written proficient, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
