Main responsibilities主要工作职责支持采购部门对供应商的预选和确认。Support SS team for the pre-select and qualification of suppliers.- 从供应商选择到供应商正式大货生产前，对其提供质量支持，能力开发。Provide the quality support and competence development for supplier from they are appointed and before the mature mass production beginning. - 在供应商和技术，生产，质量间搭建沟通的桥梁。并协调对供应商提交的产品进行验证。Communicate between the supplier and internal technical, production, quality group. Coordinate to verify the product which from suppliers.- 领导供应商生产部件提交计划（PPAP）以及供应商生产工艺实现的审核。Lead supplier’s PPAP work and the audit of production process realization.- 分析在开发阶段的质量事件以及行动计划的跟进。Analyse the quality issue during the development stage and follow up the corrective actions plan.- 确保供应商Lessons learned 的执行，以及是否理解，并执行 JUC对异物管控的要求。Make supplier reflect the historical lessons learned to the new project and understand well our foreign material control requirement. - 针对供应商一些高风险和严重的问题和质量保证工程师一起要求供应商进行改善。Work with quality assurance engineer to request improvement actions for some high risk and critical quality issues from suppliers. - 对供应商进行定期和不定期的审核，推动供应商不断改善其质量管理水平，减少质量异常的发生。Implement the regular and irregular audit for suppliers, push supplier to improve their quality performance, minimize the quality abnormal issue. Required profile1、 本科及以上学历，化工科专业背景，8年以上供应商质量管理经验，最好熟悉IATF 或VDA6.3审核；Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, more than 8 years supplier quality management experience, preferably familiar with IATF  or VDA6.3 audit.2、 熟悉ISO9001、IATF、五大工具(AOQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA)，熟练操作office办公软件；Familiar with ISO9001, IATF, Five tools (AOQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA), Skilled operation of Microsoft office software.3、 熟练使用Minitab数据分析工具，熟悉8D流程，分析能力强；Skilled operation of Minitab software, 8D procedure and be good at analysis. 4、 英语听说读写流利；Reed, speak and write English fluently; 5、能承受较大工作压力，具备良好的沟通，协作，培训能力，能适应经常出差。Be able to work under pressure, good communication and training ability, team player and willing to travel frequently.
