Role goal:
As an Application Engineer in support of business development , coordinating all aspects of work in support of the commisioning of demon cars at customer site using Aeristech eSupercharger and eCharger for engine performance enhancement.
Report to:
Head of Business Development, China


Role responsibility:
1, participating in project action palnning
2, working as a go between for the 1.5L and 1.0L demon car projects at customer site using Aeristech eSupercharger and eCharger
3, Understanding the customer needs, and coordinate the issues with Aeristech head office team to ensure the smooth running of the projects
4, As a facilitator to push forward the activities of the proejcts
5, Project logistic and sourcing supports to the projects as needed
6, Provide supports and monitoring role to the eSupercharger localisation in China.
Required Knowledge:
1, Experience in project management
2, Technical background in powertrain technology and/or power electronics
3, Previous experiences in atomotive industry NPI
4, Interpersonal skills
Required Experience(Minimum):
1, Degree qualified with 1-3 years automotive experience
2, Application Engineering experiences
3, project and/or process experience
4, Ability to achieve goals with a minimum of supervision
