主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. Analyse the software requirements, and develop the software architecture, including the identification of the software modules and the definition of module interfaces;

分析软件需求，开发软件架构，包括识别软件模组和定义模组接口；

2. Software project planning, organization, coordination and execution.;

软件项目规划、组织、协调及执行；

3. Software risk management and configuration management;

软件风险管理及配置管理

4. Lead software modules development according to internal and customer specifications;

根据内部、客户要求领导软件模组开发

5. Responsible for software development process according to SPICE or CMMI;

根据SPICE和CMMI，负责软件开发流程；

6. Release software, document and test software files conforming with quality and customer standards;

根据客户标准和质量要求释放软件、文件、软件测试档案

7. Design basic software, integration and test;

设计底层软件、整合及测试；

8. Develop and document the complete design and test of the software module. (Specification, reviews, coding, test, and etc.);

对整个软件模组的设计和测试进行开发及归档（设计规范、评审、编程、测试及其他）

9. Calculate and document worst-case scenarios and risk analysis (memory size, throughput, performance). Test and define the limits of the risk analysis results to meet the "robustness validation" criteria.

计算并归档最坏情况分析和风险分析（内存大小、存量、性能）。测试并定义风险分析的局限性以满足稳健性验证的条件。



岗位要求 Main Requirements：

1. Minimum 7 years working experience as a software engineer, software architecture engineer, BMS related working experience preferred;

7年以上软件开发、软件架构工作经验，BMS相关经验优先考虑；

2. Experience with Infineon AURIX TC27x;

有英飞凌AURIX TC27x经验；

3. Experience with AUTOSAR and its tools;

有AUTOSAR及其工具的经验；

4. Ability to analyse software requirements and develop software architecture;

有分析软件需求及开发软件架构的能力；

5. Experience with the design, coding, analysis, integration, and testing of software modules in the automotive industry;

有汽车行业软件模组的设计、编程、分析、整合、测试工作经验；

6. Master C programming languages and RTOS.;

精通C语言编程及ROTS；

7. Experience with software development tools; 

有软件开发工具经验；

8. Knowledge of software development process (CMMI, SPICE);

有软件开发流程的经验（CMMI、SPICE）；

9. Knowledge in Functional Safety is a plus;

有功能安全经验优先考虑；

10. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering or equivalent (Electronic Engineering / Automation);

本科以上学历，汽车工程或类似专业（电子工程、自动化等）；

11. Must be fluent in Chinese and English. German language skills is a plus.

中英文口语沟通流利，会说德语优先考虑。
