FAE Manager（Component Engineering）

岗位职责：
 Manages the products design-in  program with satisfactory achievement.
Develops and directs a product team of Field Application Engineers.
Ensures customers/ territories are developed efficiently and effectively on the identified market segments and applications.
Works closely with Vertical Marketing Manager to align go-to-segment strategy.
Conducts regular meeting with Branch Managers for reviewing customer and supplier opportunities.
Provides coaching to sales personnel on value-based-selling skills, product features/benefits.
Prepare regular repots, business correspondence and presentations.

任职要求：
Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or other relevant engineer background.
More than five years experience of Field Application Engineer or Components Engineering in Automotive or Industrial industry with at least 2 years in supervisor level.
Experience on connector is a plus.
Team player, able to establish excellent communication and relations with stakeholders.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills.
Openness to frequent travelling is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good writing and presentation skills in English.
