Responsibilities:
1,Interpret the business problems / needs and frame them into the data requirements.
2,Design the report template based on the business requirements from every line of GS businesses. 
3,Create reports in the Business Intelligence reporting system and schedule to deliver based on the business users’ needs
4,Create data models by using the data mining techniques to understand the factors that were/ are / will be correlated or caused the business results
5,Conduct website behavior and visitor experience analysis.
6,Provide regular presentations to various business units on data findings.
7,Plan documentation relating to existing workflow & analytics results.

Requirements:
1,Diploma or Degree in E-commerce / Computing / Statistics / Business,fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for entry level position.Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
2,With at least 2 years of experience in business analytics/reporting,prior experience with BI and Big Data will be considered favorably.
3,Basic understanding of online marketing strategies such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) and Social Media.
4,Experience in market research methodologies, analyze pre-vs-post launch results, analyze AB test results, and competitor analysis is a plus.
5,Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end users and technical people at all levels.
6,Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.
7,Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work.
8,Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
9,Works effectively independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
10,Ability to identify key needs or gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps.
