SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in defining and has primary responsibility for executing RSC’s marketing strategy in the China market. This position’s main objective is to grow PetSafe Brand awareness and drive up sales of Ecommerce in China market by demand generation through digital marketing activities, including management of PetSafe Brand’s marketing campaigns, influencers, social media presence, digital contents, collaterals, packaging, visual brand language and brand voice oversight, and agency relationship. A key aspect of this role is to support the China Product Manager and Sales.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
• Manage digital marketing budget, calendar and ROIs; track and report on performance of all digital marketing activities.
• Work with corporate Brand Marketing to ensure consistency of marketing communications for China market.
• Develop a deep understanding of competition and Chinese pet owners.
• Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, including project oversight. 
• Responsible for the planning and development of collaterals and digital contents to support sales and marketing initiatives across all distribution channels and digital media platforms for China market. 
• Oversee the social media strategy and editorial calendar to drive an engaging social media and online presence for PetSafe Brand in China.
• Discover and manage Influencer/KOLs, secure agreements, communicate expectations, and drive relationship between Marketing and Influencer/KOLs.
• Leverage SEO and SEM channels to drive traffic and increase ranking/brand awareness.


SPECIFI CATIONS:
• 3+ years of digital advertising, content creation, social media marketing campaigns experience and with a proven track record of success. 8+ years’ experience working with Sales and/or Marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Experience in database management and social media channel strategies
• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmers
• Experience managing and negotiating with external partners (Agents, talent, vendors)
• Excellent presentation and English language skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate strong desire to learn and grow
