Roles and Accountabilities
To provide legal advice and assistance to protect Company from any legal risks by conducting operational and construction activities utilizing legal professional knowledge and skills; and to identify, prevent, minimize legal risks related to safety production; and to improve the company’s corporate governance in various fields as required in combination of advance prevention, course control and subsequent remedies.
运用法律专业知识和技能为公司相关部门或领域提供法律建议及协助以规避企业运营的法律风险；在公司安全生产领域范围内，以事前预防、事中控制、事后补救的方式，识别、防范、减少企业安全生产的法律风险；支持并改进公司治理。
 
Principal Activities
1.To provide legal support to the Company in designated fields on complying with laws and regulations including timely furnishing PRC’s laws and regulations updates potentially impacting or affecting Company business and to offer legal advices for decision-making in daily activities;
在指定的领域范围内确保公司遵守法律法规，包括及时提供可能影响公司业务的各项国家法律法规更新并为日常经营决策提供法律意见;
2.To lead the establishment of legal policies and procedures, and provide legal compliance review of important policies and procedures of the Company whenever needed;
牵头制订法务职责范围内的政策程序，并视需求对公司重要的政策程序提供合法性审查 ;
3.To provide legal support to corporate affairs related to safety production and to provide legal advice and consultation on safety production issues;
按照需要为公司事务提供安全生产方面的专项法律支持, 为构建安全生产法律风险保护体系提供专项法律咨询和建议;
4.To participate in contract and agreement draft, review and amendment and other legal documents in certain fields; to participate in bidding  activities whenever necessary;
在特定业务领域范围内起草、审核、修改相关合同、协议、法律文件，必要时参与招标和商业谈判相关工作;
5.To carry out legal work in dispute resolution for designated fields (including handling litigations and arbitrations) to protect Company’s benefits;
进行指定业务领域的纠纷处理的法务工作（包括处理诉讼仲裁），保护公司合法权益;
6.To participate in legal function infrastructure establishment and development;
按照需要参加公司法务职能建设及完善工作;
7.To perform other work as instructed by Legal Manager.
完成法律经理交办的其他工作。

 严格遵守公司的安全生产程序和制度；

 自觉参与公司的安全文化建设；
4.Consciously participate in company safety trainings and instructions；
 自觉参加公司的安全培训和教育；
5.Fulfill related safety work；
 确保本岗位与安全相关的工作得到落实；
6.Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified；
发现风险或隐患，及时汇报；
7.Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development；
参与公司的应急演练或制度建设；
8.Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness；
参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报；
9.Provide legal analysis on legal risks for Health, Safety, Security and Environment in designated fields, and provide constructive proposals for company safety operation；
开展指定业务领域的健康、安全、安保和环保法律风险的专业分析，为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议；
10.Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards；
保持办公区域的整洁；
11.Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide    them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help.
负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等。
 
Competencies
1.Willingness to work as part of a team  with good communication skill and interpersonal skills；
拥有团队协作精神, 良好的沟通能力和人际关系交往能力；
2.Self- motivated, requiring minimal supervision；
善于自我激励，自我管理；
3.Ability to ensure all statutory compliances with regard to designated business areas；
能确保相关指定业务领域遵守全部法规要求；
4.High customer focus orientation, problem solving；
重视客户、善于解决问题；
5.Both English and Chinese speaking and writing skills are essential；
良好的中、英文说写能力；
6.Experience in litigation or arbitration is a plus.
有诉讼及仲裁的经验者优先。
 
Work Experience 
5-8 years of experience in providing legal counsel in one or more of the following fields: Contracts Management、 Safety production, Supply chain Management, Financing, Engineering, Land Acquisition, Ocean Shipment, Port Services, Supply and Sales.
在以下一个或多个领域有5-8年法律顾问经验：合同管理、安全生产、供应链管理、融资、工程、征地、海运、港口服务、能源供应及销售。
 
Educational Background
1.Requires L.L.B. or L.L. M degree and have passed the National Judicial  Examination or with the Lawyer License. 
要求法学本科或法学硕士学位并通过了国家司法考试或具有律师执行证。
2.Experiences in in oil and gas industry （or chemical related） is a plus.
能源（化工）行业领域的相关工作经验优先
