APAC Finance Controller/亚太区财务总监-有跨国外资企业背景优先
Job responsibilities:
? Review of financial statements and analysis prepared by PRC and International/consolidation accounting teams under PRC GAAP and US GAAP,
? Review of quarterly and yearend audit schedules for external auditors,
? Review of daily cash position and investment reports,
? Review and approve of onshore and offshore payments,
? Review and approve of all onshore and offshore bank reconciliation statements,
? Monitor the progress of upgrading of ERP system,
? Monitor the compliance of PRC and offshore tax issues,
? Review of budgets, monitor subsequent utilization and variance analysis,
? Prepare and submit quarterly analytical review to the Audit Committee,
? Liaison with legal counsel and external auditors in compiling, reviewing, finalizing and filing of annual report,
? Liaison with SOX consultant on progress,
? Monitor internal SOX team on communications and rollout with other departments,
? Review of SOX documents and findings,
? Liaison with SOX auditors on schedules, progress and findings
? Review and implement recommendations from internal auditor.
? Identify financially driven cost optimization opportunities that can revolve around tax/transfer pricing opportunities and net working capital optimization
Requirements:
? University graduate or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics, and a professional accounting qualification is preferred.
? At least 5-year experience in finance/accounting areas, and having financial/business analysis experience would be preferable.
? Experience in a multi country/currency planning and reporting environment
? Must have proficiency in the local language so as to be able to communicate and correspond within the business
? Ability to identify and communicate important issues and influence the decision making process
? Familiarity with integrated transaction and decision support systems
? Team player with strong interpersonal skills
