Modem Software Engineer



A Modem SW Engineer will be fully responsible for modem bring up and debugging inside of BQ



SW Department



Job description:



1. Responsible for the Android platform Qualcomm Modem software module Transceiver,



PA, drive debugging;



2. Responsible for PA, PAPM, ASM (QFE2101, QFE2340) replacement, driver code



modification, debugging and verification of Qualcomm Modem;



3. Responsible for solving Android platform modem related issues;



4. Responsible for solving and following up the field test problem;



5. Cooperate with RF engineers to configure modem;



6. Follow the technical mainstream to complete research and pre research work;



7. Responsible for solving the issues related to operators ;







Qualifications:



1. 3+ years of modem end software development experience



2. 2+ years experience in Android platform development



3. Familiar with in 3GPP related protocols;



4. Qualcomm platform Modem debugging experience, good knowledge of Modem, good



analytical skills and debug skills;



5. Familiar with Modem module, Transceiver, PA, drive, modify and debug, can cooperate



with RF engineers to configure modem.



6. Familiar with Qualcomm platform PA, PAPM, ASM replacement and drive, modify, verify;



7. Familiar with Android RIL framework, be able to develop different requirements for



different operators



8. Good level of written and oral English

工作职责：



1、负责Android平台高通的Modem软件模块的Transceiver、PA、驱动调试；



2、负责高通Modem的PA，PAPM，ASM(QFE2101,QFE2340)的替换驱动的代码修改，调试及验



证；



3、负责Android平台modem相关问题的解决；



4、负责场测问题的解决与跟进；



5、完成项目RF相关的配置；



6、跟随技术主流完成调研和预研工作；



7、根据研发规范和项目流程编写相关的技术文档。







8、负责手机运营商问题的解决；







任职资格：



1、三年以上modem端软件开发经验



2、两年以上android平台开发经验



3、熟练3GPP相关协议；



4、高通平台的Modem调试经验，并对Modem的原理有深入的研究，良好的分析能力和



debug技能；



5、掌握Modem模块Transceiver、PA、驱动修改及调试，可配合射频工程师配置modem。



6、掌握高通平台的PA，PAPM，ASM的替换及驱动修改验证；



7、熟悉Android Ril框架，能对不同运营商开发不同需求
