About this Job:

 Design and develop tooling & equipment as per request to fulfil operation activities; set up document management system and archiving all document in a safe and controllable manner;

 Maintain tooling and equipment in good and available condition, lead and work with maintenance team to take action and solve problem in a prompt manner;

 Coordinate with product engineer to develop required tooling & equipment timely and compliance with earthiness and company requirement for new capability set up;

 Coordinate with purchasing and supplier to surveillance ongoing project, regular check the project processing and ensure project could be deliver in timely and required quality and quantity;

 Coordinate with tool crib to perform good receiving and establish operator manual for purchased or developed tooling and equipment as necessary;

 Support production to implement or optimize tooling, equipment or others to perfect the design and improve the safety or convenience, and gain more efficiency.

 Set up and develop tooling & equipment standard, communicate with LHT tooling center to reach quick support and share experience with each on tooling and equipment design and management;

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical manufacture and automation or engineering;

 Minimum 3 year relevant work experience in machinery design or engineering, with professional knowledge in design field;

 Skilled 3-D design software, such as solidworks, autoCAD, Catia etc;

 Solid understanding on mechanical structure design, familiar with machinery skill and inspection;

 Good interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented mind set;

 Fluent in English speaking, writing and reading, pass CET 4 or 6 is preferred;

 Familiar with tooling and equipment calibration theory and practice;

 Have working experience on aircraft engine industry and good knowledge on CAAC/EASA/FAA aviation maintenance legislation if preferred.
