职责描述：

1. Work with Divisions’ quality and purchasing teams to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented 

2. Maintain and update critical supplier material audit system and schedule 

3. Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement 

4. Establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals 5. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances

6. Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. Initiate and follow-up Supplier Corrective Actions (SCAR) in partnership with Divisions’ SQEs to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

7. Aide manufacturing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process 

8. Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meeting Amphenol requirements. Projects may include: process analysis, value stream mapping, process capability and throughput analysis, 6‐Sigma, 5S and Kaizen events 

9. Drive “Zero Defect” culture of quality within the supply base 



任职要求：

 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Background in Materials Science is preferred. 

Strong communication/interpersonal skills including ability to speak “local HQ language” and English as a minimum. Level 6 (IELTS) English is preferred. 

 International communication skills.

25-30% Travel required upon business cycle and requests.

Knowledge of materials testing, including chemical testing methods.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent data analysis skills (including advanced knowledge of Excel). 

Supplier development / supplier quality management experience

Must be able to function well independently and without direct supervision. Must be entrepreneurial and able to create new systems and methods

Plan to start the function with testing coordination in Dongguan, but travel across our business in China will definitely be required
