职责描述：

• Manage and develop Enics cost competitiveness to support existing and future needs

• Manage Supplier negotiations and agreements to support local and global business needs

• Collect global and regional market information within specific commodity

• Provide sourcing support to Enics BU’s business needs

• Carry on global SRM responsibilities for defined suppliers

• Develop a supplier base that fulfils our long-term business and target

• Plan and implement actions to reach or exceed local and global targets 

• Execute scheduled QBRM-meetings with specified suppliers

• Provide prompt support on escalation from local organization according to escalation process (SRM-responsibility)

• Support BU’s with continues price reductions

任职要求：

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management

• Excellent knowledge of sourcing and supplier management 

• Basic knowledge in finance and local trade compliance regulation

• Excellent skills in negotiations 

• Good market knowledge within specific commodity

• Good social and communication skills

• Good knowledge about Enics customer requirements and Enics business strategy

• Great skills in Office package and Enics IT tools

• Write and speak English fluently

• Teamwork capabilities
