资深数码平面设计师/Senior Digital Graphic Designer

职责描述：

* Working in collaboration with Creative team, marketing team to develop comprehensive communications strategies that include visual content

* Designing and producing digital assets and collateral including graphics for social media, web campaigns, websites, digital reports, videos, and events

* Producing audience-centered designs that are optimized for target platforms, channels, and technologies—for example, meet the unique requirements of a target audience, social media platform, and/or mobile viewing experience

* Assists in designing, scheduling and carrying out packaging artwork.

* Managing printing project from the print processing, press check, quality check and ensure smooth transition to client team after golden sample is signed.

* Liaison with vendor to follows up entire production schedules and quality of printing production

* Provide necessary coordination regarding planning, sampling and managing print project

* Coordinated deadlines among the various departments that sprinted from creative to shipping to meet deadline

* Responsibility for coordinating the printing project among factory, Creative Team, internal and external client

* Reviewing packaging layouts and suggesting improvements if required

* Make color corrections and manipulations to existing graphics files

* Develop design concepts and methodologies to produce high quality graphics for Creative team, client project or PCH internal documentations

* Create multimedia client presentation such as 2D and 3D rendering, mood board, photo-shoot or demonstration video

* Stay abreast with latest developments in graphic industry.



任职要求：

- Graduated in BA/BS, preferably in graphic design

- 5+years solid experience in graphic design

- Photography and videography skills a plus

- Professional communication and interpersonal skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many projects at once

- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional

- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

- Must have strong time-management skills and be able juggle multiple projects.

- Knowledge of print production process

- Strongly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software
