 职位描述：

1、了解搜索引擎优化的规律和过程，善于促进结果的强预测和分析

2、及时捕捉搜索引擎动态，并根据实际情况制定相应的促销计划

3、分类信息发布，确保百度品牌首页的主要字样

4、论坛信息发布，加大论坛宣传力度，提升品牌实力

5，博客和微博的日常维护。

6、配合优化完成网站外部链信息建设、站外链信息化建设

7、负责各网站的日常咨询、流量、百度流量等数据分析统计和归档

8、创造咨询和对话的数量，履行招标以外的其他工作任务



任职资格：

1.本科以上学历，计算机，市场营销、软件工程等相关专业，英语4级以上，英语可作为工作语音（谨慎投递，英语为必备项）；

2. 谷歌SEO, 1-2年相关经验 ；

3. 精通谷歌搜索引擎推广，有成功英文网站推广经验者优先；

4. 了解Google、Bing等各大搜索引擎的原理和特点，了解自然排名规则。

5.有使用网站分析工具（例如：Google Analytics，Omniture，WebTrends ）经验者优先；

6.具有竞价管理工具（例如：Click Equations, Kenshoo, Search Ignite）经验者优先；



职责描述：

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, marketing, software engineering or related, English level 4 or above, English can be used as working phonetic (careful delivery, English is a must); 

2. Google SEO, 1-2 years relevant experience; 

3. Proficient in Google search engine promotion, successful English site promotion experience is preferred; 

4. Understand the principles and features of Google, Bing and other major search engines, and understand the natural ranking rules. 

5. Experience with web site analysis tools such as: Google Analytics / OmnitureWeb Trends is preferred; 

6. Experience in bid management tools such as: Click Equations, Kenshoo, search ignite is preferred;
