 职责描述：

1, responsible for supporting the company's IPO project, coordinating the company's financial system construction work, layout the company's financial strategic planning;

2, responsible for the company's profit plan, investment and financing plan, financial planning, expenditure budget or cost standards.

3, responsible for the establishment of internal accounting, auditing and internal control systems, improve financial governance, corporate financial control and accounting institutions, accounting personnel to implement effective management.

4, responsible for organizing and coordinating the matching operation of enterprise financial resources and business planning, the formulation and implementation of the company's financial strategic planning and cross-border fiscal and tax planning;

5, responsible for cash flow management, working capital management and capital budget, enterprise division or merger related financial matters, enterprise financing management, enterprise capital change management(management acquisition, capital structure adjustment).

6，Responsible for the organization and execution of internal audit and coordination with external audit. Responsible for the coordination and liaison between the company and domestic and foreign governments, intermediary agencies, banks, taxation, industry and commerce and other related financial systems.
