We are a leader of RFID manufacturing with 30 years’ experience, our headquarters in Germany and international offices around the world; due to high growth in recent years, we are requiring talented candidate to join us as an initial core member of the team for China & APAC region to lead in the technical support area.



职责描述：

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the premier customer service reputation of Elatec by satisfying its customers through real time response to implementation and usage questions 

• Provide ongoing technical support to China and APAC customers base on telephone and e-mail requests, in relation to installation, product usage and troubleshooting assistance of hardware as well as related software 

• Assist customers (pre-sales) in identifying optimal product(s) that meet their specific business application 

• Conduct product testing to emulate customer identified failure before releasing to engineering for corrective action 

• Provide input to product management and marketing on development of technical literature and videos 

• Conduct customer and/or partner training

• Process RMAs (initiation, evaluation)

• Any related tasks and traveling as business required 





任职要求：

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience with C programming is important ( optional for C++, nice to have C#)

• Business fluent English language skills and excellent Chinese language skills both verbal and written are mandatory

• Associate Degree in electronics, computer science or related field 

• Working knowledge of binary and hexadecimal number systems 

• General knowledge of PC, wireless, networking, and LAN/WAN technologies 

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions 

• Ability to troubleshoot network configuration and hardware 

• Proficiency with MS Windows and applications including MS Office, Exchange/Outlook, Excel, Word and Notepad 

• Working knowledge of electrical theory 

• Familiar with Wireshark network capture tool 

• Experience using basic electronic troubleshooting equipment such as multi-meters 

• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, document and respond to high-volume inquiries from customers 

• Analytical, problem-solving skills 

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment 

• Demonstrated willingness to learn
