HR Assistant

职责描述：

 As a HR Assistant , you are responsible:

1. Assistance to the manager in HR daily jobs. Such as recruitment, resignation, attendance records, etc.

2. Maintain HR system in good running condition.

3. Organize company training and activities.

4. Take charge of e-bank system and petty cash.

5. Arrange payments once in two weeks according to company cash requirements plan.

6. Other works assigned by the manager.





任职要求：



Qualifications:

 1. University or above degree.

 2. Working experience in HR or Accounting jobs at least 2 years.

 3. Good knowledge on finance is a good plus.

 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, open-minded and self-motivated.

 5. Team spirit and quick learner, can work under pressure. 

 6. Good excel spreadsheet skill, carefulness characteristics is a must.

 7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
