Job description:
Work in front with the customer to align the product test requirement and finalize the test solution include the instruments selection for any new product
Product testable and coverage improvement through DFT analysis
Effectiveness on customer communication through the e-mail and conference call for any testing relates
Develop and maintain test specifications and documentation like product test plan and WI
Driving the supplier for fixture and tester development schedule to meet the build plan
New tester setup and qualification with necessary tools (GR&R, CPK ,SPC etc ) , daily data monitoring and analysis for NDF reduction and test yield improvement
Support CFT for daily operation and NPI/ECO implementation etc
Driving team for existing tester prevent maintenance to make sure they are working in good condition with minimum downtime
Annual goal setting and drive to daily achievement
Training material development and implementation for team member capability improvement
Develop test and diagnostic programs with own skill or leverage BU or common resource.
Effectively forecast test spare/EDM part, usage monitor, drive for cost and usage improvement.
Tester capacity review to meet line load balancing. Improve tester utilization.
Test program optimization on NDF reduction, test efficiency improvement, error proof and quality improvement through kaizen and SGA activities

Job requirements:
Associate degree or Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related
More than 2 years’ experience in the field of Test engineering in ODM company.
Strong knowledge and experience in Netcome Products test such as routers,servers,switches,etc will be preferred.
FCT testing know-how in hardware and software such as Labview, C++, Visual Basic, python.
Strong project management and technical management experience
Good communication skill with customer
good english  reading and writing skills
