IT Network Engineer(网络工程师)

GENERAL FUNCTION 
The IT Network Engineer position is a local and regional role that performs and provides Systems, Server, and Networking support for local and remote locations across the organization.
 
PRIMARY DUTIES  

 Daily network engineering support of local and remote facilities
 Participates and helps leadprojects and initiatives of varying size and scope.
 Participates and helps lead in design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of network systems and services.
 Shares accountability for administration of network systems and security.
 Assist with hardware and system maintenance
 Evaluate and recommend modifications to technical processes      for improvements; participates effectively in team assignments
 Communicate efficiently with both technical and non-technical customers
 Follow standardized workflows to ensure process efficiency
 Maintain broad understanding of various types of hardware and software, including Windows, MAC, and iOS environments
 Partner with various IT teams to process and escalate information
 Participate and support disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures
 Participate in an on-call support rotation which includes evenings and weekends
 Perform duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
 Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED  
1.Experience:
a. 2-3 years networking, server, and VM experience
b. Technical knowledge/experience:
2. Strong understanding of servers and VM environments
a. CCENT or equivalent required
b. CCNA or equivalent experience a plus
3.Strong understanding of IP networks and switching
4.Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, ICMP (ping and traceroute)
5.Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
6.Ability to work independently and self-manage with minimal supervision
7.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
8.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
9.Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
