Supervises HR & Admin officers, IT specialist and Wardrobe/ OPS base clerk. 

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; shift planning & payroll administration; employee relations management; IT troubleshooting & support for front of house and back office systems; overseeing the distributions of staff uniforms.

Position Summary 岗位简介 T

The HR & Admin Manager is a proactive business partner who is passionate about people and delivers a full spectrum of professional HR services and solutions. He/ she understands that guest satisfaction is at the heart of our business, and helps lay the foundation by recruiting, training, performance managing and maintaining good relations with our talented FEC staff. At the same time, the HR & Admin Manager supervises the FEC IT function, ensuring that systems run properly with minimum downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责 

• In charge of the recruitment process and hiring the best people at right value; able to identify candidates with strong potential.

• Create, organize and maintain all personnel related records in a systematic manner.

• Keep track of all employee records including personal files, leave and benefits and ensure that such information is readily available and up to date.

• Arrange and conduct orientation program for new employee.

• Evaluate and analyze market data to understand the company’s pay positioning in the market.

• Administrate payroll and social welfare payments, ensuring government requirements are met.

• Initiate in launching and coordination to complete performance evaluation on time.

• Able to handle and solve disputes related to labor relations.

• Involved in reviewing policies and procedures, and advise relating to HR policies, terms of employment and labor laws.

• Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and regulations.

• Manage the function of daily office administration, security system, equipment maintenance.

• Planning and supervising the storekeeping and distribution of staff uniforms.

• Planning and supervising the installation, maintenance and repairs of back office and front of house ICT systems.

• 负责日常办公室管理的功能,安全系统,设备维护。

• 计划并管理员工制服的存贮和分发。

• 计划并管理前台及后台办公室ICT系统的安装,维护和修复工作。

• Extremely detail oriented, with good organizational skills

• Ability to participate in discussions around set up company systems

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word)

Education and certifications 教育和证书 • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Admin or a related major.

• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

• 人事,行政或相关专业学士学位,

Experience 工作经验 

• At least 6 years’ experience, with overall experience in human resources, including policy and procedure development, recruitment, performance management and staff development.

• Working experience in Hospitality or Entertainment is an advantage. 

• 至少6年的经验,在人力资源方面有全面的经验,包括政策和程序制定,招聘,绩效管理,和员工发展管理。

• 如有酒店或娱乐行业经验优先考虑。
