With the following assignments: 
1.To be the head of mass production value stream including all company facilities, machines, fixtures and toolings with the main task to organize the production arrangement of human, material, machine, fixture and tooling resources for ensuring the required production output, by reaching the planned production costs. Therefore the working processes should be clear defined and implemented by also following the necessary safety standards during all machines, fixtures and toolings are in well maintained condition；
2.The mass production value stream contents out of the singled production departments as: die casting, grinding machining, polishing, assembly and plastic injection, with the following supporting departments: project and production engineering department, quality and maintenance and electrician team；
3.ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.


Your profile: 

1. Successfully completed technical studies as Engineer/ Master/ Bachelor;
2. A number of years of industrial experience in aluminum die casting and related reworking on aluminum die casting parts, also having held a comparable position in China in international companies ;  
3. Respectable appearance, intercultural competencies, Self-starter and independent worker, critical thinking and problem solving skills, able to juggle priorities, solid analytical skills, ability to plan, organize, co-ordinate and control, comfortable with conflicts and target-oriented working methodology and able to determine and implement improvements to production process;
4. Fluently speaking and writing of English and Chinese;
5. Experience and ability to work in a fast changing matrix environment and in an international team;
6. Committed to durably work for our Chinese plant on site in Dongguan.
