Key areas of accountability:

Hoist project kick off in factory.
Trial run planning and preparation follow up on raw material, line/jig, documents, etc. readiness.
Trial run arrangement and coordinate cross function team members on site trouble shooting
Hoist the trial run issue review meeting with PDCA carrying out, deliver meeting memo to stakeholders.
Hoist the run & rate performance gate review as part deliverable for CR milestone.
Ramp up readiness review and track on manpower, material, facility, jig, documents etc.
Lead cross function team members on ramp up production follow up with trouble shooting and efficiency & Scrap improving to meet Biz case target and control ramp up cost in budget.
ECN management through ECN evaluation and implementation by cross function team
Lead production in analysing and troubleshooting related process problems.
Member of new project team at PSS APAC and providing assembly issues to avoid repeating mistakes for new product.
Ensure production processes are according the process spelt out by PSS and achieving the required process specifications.
Provide the assembly know-how’s to production such as assembly process steps, process description and specification, and critical process control, Support customer process audit
Lead production efficiency improvement and performance plus.
Lead documents updating, such as, control run, flow chart, work instruction, Support customer process audit
Job scope:

Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the production.

Qualification:

Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry
Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem-solving tool like SE, DOE. Able to use CAD to design jigs & fixture.
Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and read) and Mandarin
Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up on details
