QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:



 College degree or above, machinery / die-related professional

大专以上学历，机械/模具相关专业

 Be familiar with machining equipment, 5 years on floor experience in CNC shop, age between 27 to 45

精通各类机加工设备，五年以上CNC车间现场工作经验，年龄在27－45之间

 Be familiar with related CAD and CAM software and be able to 4 axis or 5 axis programming

能使用相关CAD和CAM软件，并具备一定的实际4轴或5轴编程能力

 Be capable to select proper cutter for equipment and operate gages and checking fixtures

具备刀具选用，量、检具使用的能力

 Be familiar with GD&T

精通形位公差及工程制图

 Be capable to review fixture design, tryout

具备机加工工装夹具的设计评审、调试等相关工作的能力

 Good acceptance, judgment and observation; Able to promptly dealt with a variety of production problems at the scene

良好的接受能力、判断力以及观察力，能在现场迅速处理各种生产问题

 Skillfully use a variety of office software, summarize and analyze the production data, implement the countermeasure then follow up and carry out.

能熟练使用各种office软件，能对生产数据进行汇总及分析，并制定改进方案，跟踪处理

 Good physical condition, able to adapt the company to arrange for the overtime, and turn shifts demand

良好的身体状况，能够适应公司安排的加班，以及翻班工作需求

 Good team spirit, solidarity with the team; coordinate and cooperate with other teams

良好的团队协作精神，能与本团队团结一致，与其它团队良好的合作协调

 Good English reading and writing skills; a certain degree of oral English skills

良好的英语听说读写能力，一定的英语口语能力



RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS 职责/成就/工作环境:



 Assist the work of the production supervisor

协助生产主管的工作

 Good production site care

做好生产现场的看板管理

 Be responsible for machining process trouble shooting;

负责机加工生产过程中相关工艺问题的解决

 Be responsible for continuous improvement; 

负责机加工工艺的持续改进

 Assist the team leader to handle a variety of abnormalities of the production line to ensure the smooth production

协助班组长处理生产线各种异常，确保生产顺利进行

 Real-time monitoring of the quality of on-site produced parts, able to record and track processing for quality problems by himself/herself

能实时监控现场生产的零件质量，针对质量问题能予以记录及独立跟踪处理

 Assist supervisor to do staff training to enhance team technical capabilities

协助主管做好人员培训，提升团队技术能力

 Assess staff skill and manage with skill matrix.

对于员工进行技能考核，并对于人员能力进行矩阵管理

 Offer to improve advice according to the current production status, and implement and carry out

针对当前生产状况，主动提出改善意见，并予以落实执行

 Collect production data, make production analysis and summary report, implement the countermeasure then follow up and carry out.

收集生产数据，做好生产分析，提出总结报告，制定现有问题的解决方案并跟踪处理

 Guide and assist the team leader for production management; predict the safety and quality risks and make rectifications

指导和协助班组长进行生产管理，提前预判各种安全及质量风险，并予以整改

 For each new project, involve in try out, collect parameter information, combine with the actual situation at the scene, formulate relevant production guide book and parameter sheet, help other departments complete PPAP

对各新项目，积极参与调试，收集参数信息，结合现场实际，制定相关生产指导书和参数文件，配合其它部门完成PPAP

 Study the new technology or new production lines hard; timely formulate guide books and training materials to ensure the smooth production

对公司新工艺或新生产线，能深入学习，及时制定相关指导书和培训资料，确保顺利投产

 Good communication and coordination with the quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering and upper and lower tract procedures

能与质量、维修、物流、工程及上下道工序，进行良好沟通与协调

 CMS operation assistant for on-site production team

对于现场生产班组的CMS操作支持
