-Analysis the complex components, and show the tool guidance to the design engineers, make sure every components is toolable.
-Analysis every components, show the tool draft angle requirements on every surface, let design engineers to add enough draft angle for every components.
-Checking every tool DFM, tool 2d drawing, and tool 3d drawing, make sure all the suppliers follow Gtech standard.
-checking the tool process, ensure tool suppliers follow what Gtech agreed.
-support the tool issues from the EB1 to PP stage, ensure resolve all the issues before MP.
-Raise the tool space parts list during the tool FOT checking status, ensure there are no risk on MP stage.
-give the clear tool bom list for the new projects, show the standard cavity quantity to match the capacity requirement, and tool quality standard. It will help a lot for the MP.
-Audit the suppliers tool makers, ensure the assembly suppliers use good quality tool makers for Our projects.
--Can use solidworks for 3D and 2D working.
- Must be able to speak, write and read English
