JOB BRIEF

Swan Group is seeking an Office Assistant to help with organization running of daily administrative operation of the company. The successful candidate will work in a multicultural office, being formally a member of the team. You will have all the possibilities to grow and learn from other colleagues in various global offices and eventually take other role/responsibilities in a fast growing environment.

QUALIFICATION



- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

- Efficient English communication, TEM-8,

- Business literacy

- Finance and HR management knowledge

- 

- Driver’s licence

- Able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.



RESPONSIBILITIES



The ideal candidate will be hard-working professionals, that comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.



- Management of administrative activities;

- Coordination of team tasks;

- Communication with suppliers and clients;

- Active project engagement;

- Organizing the office and handling mail.

- Other task assigned by superior
