Job Requireme:
1)Must be Degree Holder.
2)At least minimum 3 years in SMT and Electronics Assembly industry experience as Assist Engineer and or above.
3)Have minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising a small quality teams’ member like IPQC and OQC inspectors.
4)Minimum level 4 English skill, able to read and write in English, and able to communicate normal English or better.
5)Have ISO knowledge, if knowledgeable in IPC will be a plus but not necessary.
6)Rich SMT and electronics assembly troubleshooting and problem solving experience. Understand 8D methodology very well.
7)Very good leadership and communication skill. Can work under pressure and follow company direction. 
8)If have 5 years and above experience as QA Engineer, may consider for Senior QA Engineer role or after 3 month’s proven probation.

Job responsibilities:
•Report on quality related matters to the QA/QC Manager and/or immediate superior, including preparation of monthly summary reports.
•To create, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan.
•To develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance.
•To prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Inspection Reports.
•Maintain the ISO and related certifications for company level.
•To perform needed tests on site to ensure works are done according to the contract specifications.
•Preparation of document submissions for client approval.
•Attend meetings and liaise with production to ensure that quality requirement is being followed at all times.
•Maintain document record master list pertaining to equipment’s and monitor on the calibration status.
•Coordinate and plan for equipment calibration when due.
•Compile and receive relevant material certificates and other required certificates and test report from vendors/suppliers.
•Coordinate with relevant department on testing and witnessing.
•Compile and maintain quality records e.g., Request for Inspection (RFI) and verify as necessary.
•Coordinate on site quality assurance and control activities.
•To conduct independent Quality Assurance, check on and off site.
•Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager and/or Project Manager, perform analysis, identify root cause and propose corrective actions.
•Maintain and control QA/QC practices on daily basis with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
•Assist in the development of internal QA/QC checklists.
•Implement and enforce Quality Control Plan.
•Verification and checks on production materials, WIP and FG.
•Documents for non-conforming works and corrective action.
•Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the manufacturing / assembly activities.
•Perform other duties as and when assigned/instructed by immediate superior or higher management.
