Tenneco is a leading global supplier of ride control and emission control products and systems to original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket distributors and retailers. Our approximately  employees serve customers in more than 100 countries from nearly 80 manufacturing plants and 15 engineering and technical centers.
In China, Tenneco's development has reflected the rapid growth of China automotive industry. After more than 10 years development, Tenneco has established China headquarter in Shanghai, R&D center, Wholly-owned and Joint Venture facilitates in Beijing, Dalian, Chongqing Suzhou and Guangzhou, and many Just-In-Time (JIT) plants in different locations. These facilities together generate our strong capabilities of manufacturing, supply and technical R&D in China, to server numerous automotive OE customers. Our customers includes more than 30 OE manufacturers such as FAW-Volkswagen, Brilliance Automotive, Jiangling Motors, Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Chery Automotive, Zhengzhou Nissan, Great Wall Automotive, Xiamen Golden Gradon, ChangAn Ford Mazada, Changan Suzuki, Dongfeng Peugeot Cirtroen, South East Motor, etc.
