　　      大连凯杰建设有限公司，创建于1998年12月，经过20年的努力拓展与经验积累，已发展成为一个以大连为发展中心，辐射环渤海、东南沿海、京津、沪上各地的实力雄厚的EPC项目总承包企业。同时我们拥有设计、施工、监理、招标代理全部资质。在无锡、青岛、北京、天津都成立了分公司。公司自创立之日起，面向国际建筑市场，采用日本已发展最成熟的先进管理模式，以外商投资者的利益为立足点开展营业活动。

    Dalian Kaiser Construction Co., Ltd, was established in December 1998, through 13 years expended great effort on development and experience accumulation, Kaiser already became a strong EPC general contract enterprise with development center in Dalian, covering Bo sea area, southeast coast, Beijing and Tianjin, pearl river delta area. Meanwhile, we hold all necessary qualifications: project design, construction, supervision, bidding etc. We founded branch office in Wuxi, Qingdao, Beijing, and Tianjin. Since the date of establishment, facing to international construction market, adopting the Japanese mature and advanced management model, and we develop business and explore markets with a principle of serving the foreign-invested enterprises’ interest.
    For last 20 years, Kaiser expanded managerial talent continuously, utilized self management advantages and human resource advantages, trained a management team with strong professional technique, rigorous work style, enthusiastic service attitude, high efficiency and high quality.
