  岗位职责： 1、基于业务目标及商业模式，构建全面、有效的指标体系，并将相关指标沉淀，形成公司级指标库。 2、通过商业专题分析，对业务问题进行深入分析，为公司产品、用户运营策略提供数据支持和决策依据。 3、行业机会挖掘，对母婴细分市场现状及趋势进行评估与追踪，帮助业务发现、验证行业机会点。 4、高效响应支持公司级数据分析需求。 任职要求： 1）本科及以上学历，统计、经济相关专业优先，3-5年相关工作经历； 2）熟练运用Excel、SQL（懂Python等语言的更佳），独立高效地完成数据的提取及分析； 3）良好的数据敏感度，能从海量数据提炼核心结果，并用简洁而清晰的方式呈现数据分析背后的商业逻辑，具备独立编写商业分析洞察报告的能力； 4）具备协同能力及团队合作精神，具备跨部门推动协调资源的能力； 5）学习能力强，有良好的逻辑性和结构性思维。
