1. 设备安装、调试与验收 / Installation, Commissioning & Acceptance
负责回流焊及其他热工/SMT相关设备的现场安装、通电调试、工艺参数设定与验收交付，确保设备按原厂标准投入生产。
Perform on-site installation, power-on commissioning, process parameter setup, and acceptance of reflow ovens and related thermal/SMT equipment, ensuring release to production per OEM standards.
2. 故障诊断与维修支持 / Troubleshooting & Repair Support
独立或协同处理客户现场及远程技术问题，涵盖电气、温控、传动、气路、真空及软件控制等，快速定位根因并完成修复或给出可行方案。
Independently or jointly resolve on-site and remote technical issues covering electrical, temperature control, drive, pneumatics, vacuum, and software control; identify root causes quickly and complete repair or propose a workable solution.
3. 预防性保养与设备点检 / Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
按保养计划执行点检、校准与预防性维护，指导客户正确使用与日常保养，降低非计划停机。
Execute inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance per plan; coach customers on correct operation and daily care to reduce unplanned downtime.
4. 备件鉴定与技术闭环 / Spare Parts Identification & Technical Close-out
准确判断备件需求，完成旧件鉴定、更换建议与维修方案说明；将现场问题及时反馈至售后与采购，保证紧急备件需求可追踪。
Accurately identify spare-part needs; complete used-part assessment, replacement recommendations, and repair proposals; feed field issues back to service and purchasing so urgent parts requests remain traceable.
5. 客户沟通与投诉处理 / Customer Communication & Complaint Handling
专业、及时响应客户与代理反馈，记录问题现象、处理过程与结果，推动投诉闭环，维护原厂服务形象。
Respond to customer and agent feedback professionally and promptly; record symptoms, actions, and results; drive complaint close-out and protect the OEM service reputation.
7. 服务报告与数据整理 / Service Reporting & Data Management
及时填写安装、维修、保养报告及工时/备件消耗记录，整理区域服务数据，为管理决策与备件计划提供依据。
Complete installation, repair, and maintenance reports plus labor/parts consumption records in a timely manner; organize regional service data to support management decisions and spare-parts planning.
8. 客户培训与经验传承 / Customer Training & Knowledge Transfer
对客户操作人员及代理工程师进行设备操作、保养与基础排故培训；参与内部技术分享，沉淀案例与标准作业。
Train customer operators and agent engineers on operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; contribute to internal technical sharing and document cases and standard work.
岗位要求：
1. 学历 / Education
本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、电气工程、机械制造或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above; Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related majors preferred.
2. 工作经验 / Experience
3年及以上工业设备售后/现场服务经验；SMT、回流焊、电子制造设备或同类热工设备背景优先；优秀应届毕业生亦可培养。
3+ years of industrial equipment after-sales / field service experience; SMT, reflow oven, electronics manufacturing, or similar thermal equipment background is a plus; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
4. 专业技术能力 / Technical Skills
能读懂电气原理图与机械图纸；了解温控（如PID）、电气系统（星/三角、变压器）、气路/真空及基本PLC/设备软件操作；具备独立现场排故能力。
Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; familiar with temperature control (e.g. PID), electrical systems (Y/Delta, transformers), pneumatics/vacuum, and basic PLC/equipment software; capable of independent on-site troubleshooting.
5. 出差与现场适应力 / Travel & Field Readiness
能接受国内及海外出差和客户工厂现场作业，服从紧急支援安排，具备良好的安全意识与现场纪律。
Willing to travel domestically and overseas and work on customer factory floors; able to respond to emergency dispatch; strong safety awareness and on-site discipline.
6. 跨文化沟通 / Cross-Cultural Communication
了解不同地区商务习惯与沟通差异，能与海外分支、代理及终端客户高效协作，跟进质量反馈、更换件与维修进度。
Aware of regional differences in business practice and communication; able to collaborate efficiently with overseas branches, agents, and end customers, and to follow up quality feedback, replacements, and repair progress.
7. 办公软件与报告能力 / Office & Reporting Skills
熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 编写服务报告、统计工时/备件并做简单数据分析。
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for service reports, labor/parts statistics, and basic data analysis.
8. 软性素质 / Soft Skills
责任心强、细致耐心、沟通清晰，能在多任务和客户压力下高效完成工作；具备团队合作意识。
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and patient; clear communicator; able to work efficiently under multi-task and customer pressure; strong team player.
9. 优先条件 / Preferred
外企或原厂售后经验、持电工证、有回流焊/SMT设备品牌服务经历者优先。
Foreign-enterprise or OEM after-sales experience, electrician certificate, and prior service experience with reflow/SMT equipment brands are strong pluses.
