【岗位要求】
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 5+ years in product management, sales, or tech support, ideally with consumer electronics like power banks or mobile accessories.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., battery safety, charging protocols).
3. Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—for customer interactions and reports.
4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving chops;  comfy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work independently.
5. Experience with supply chain in Asia.
【岗位职责】
1. Conduct market research on power banks, chargers, cables, and phone cases to identify trends, competitor products, and propose NEW or MOST UPDATE products for customer needs (e.g., fast-charging tech, durability standards, appearances and etc).
2. Strong sensitivity and insight into the European and American markets, and familiarity with 3C products as well as overseas requirements.   Understanding of advanced product features and the ability to predict the functions and development trends.
3. Support product lifecycle: From ideation and prototyping to testing, launch, and optimization—ensuring compliance with safety regs like UL/CE for batteries.
4. Resource Integration: Having existing consumer electronics supplier networks (preferably overseas), continuously identifying high-quality suppliers, reviewing supplier qualifications, and effectively managing the supply chain.  Selecting competitive products from suppliers and recommending them to clients, while providing professional analysis and feedback.
5. To collaborate with colleagues to manage ongoing product projects, effectively driving cross-departmental and supplier collaboration to quickly resolve critical project issues, and promptly identifying project risks.

1、协助项目总监完成项目日常事务，包括资料整理、进度跟踪及协调沟通工作；  
2、负责项目文档的归档与管理，确保文件的准确性和完整性；  
3、参与项目会议并做好会议记录，及时跟进各项任务的执行情况；  
4、协助处理项目中的数据统计与报表编制，提供基础支持；  
5、配合相关部门完成项目所需资源的申请与调配；
6、上级临时交办的工作事项。  

任职要求：  
1、本科以上学历，专业不限，有志于在生产制造行业长期发展；  
2、23-28岁，具备良好的学习能力和责任心；  
3、英语四级，读写无障碍；  
4、熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等；  
5、具备良好的沟通意识和服务态度，工作积极主动。
