Responsibility:
1.Responsible for new project follow-up, finish project progress on time and quality, and control project input within budget. Responsible for the product optimization and control to achieve the required target profit.
2.Direct and manage responsible products from beginning to end. Not limited to responsible for chasing PPAPs, and hand carrying samples to customers and follow up.
3.Effectively communicate products expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
4.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
5.Develop specific project plans for prospective and existing customers, including providing product engineering solutions.
6.Support and Interface with functional units within company (Accounting, Business Development, Engineering and Quality etc.) and U.S related team.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, marketing, Business Administration, automation etc. Reduce restrict with well experience.
2.Minimum of 5 years of industry project working experience.
3.Understanding of rubber processing-molding, Preferred automotive connector products drafting and GD & T knowledge.
4.Fluent oral and writing for English, and organizational abilities.

•CET-4 or above, fluent in spoken and written English
英语CET-4级以上,英语说写流利
•3 years experience in automation equipment project management，Experience in related projects of auto parts is preferred.
3年自动化设备项目管理工作经验或者相关行业项目管理经验,有汽车零部件的相关项目经验者优先考虑。
