Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. New supplier evaluation and supporting in new projects development
2.New supplier selection audit, to review performance of supplier’s quality,social responsibility, work environment, business ethic and sustainability.
3.Requiring suppliers signing supplier management requirement/notification, environment friendly declaration and social responsibility declaration.
4. Involving in discussing quality criteria with customer.
5.Training suppliers ensure them master the quality criteria.
6.Supporting and following up new project development in supplier site.
7. Providing suppliers’ information about quality issues, samples to related people of our company. Training our people by suppliers’ quality spec if needed.
8. Studying and evaluating the risk on supplier’s quality and capacity in the beginning of new projects.
9.Collect environment related substance test reports from suppliers and submit reports to customers as required by customers.
10. Supplier performance following up and guide them to improve.
11.Follow up supplier’s delivery quality performance. Handling IQC rejected parts smoothly.
12.Monitor the quality problems happened on mass production, follow up supplier’s performance timely and guide supplier to take corrective action.
13.Do QPR with key suppliers and guide supplier improve quality continually.
14.Interface with relevant teams and suppliers to resolve on critical issues for speedy resolution.
15.Handling claim issue of defect products and labor cost with suppliers.
16.Taking part in internal audit as an internal auditor.
Skills and Specifications:
1. A good interpersonal & communication skill, spoken English.
2.Has rich process and products knowledge of mechanical or electronic commodities.Such as stamping,molding, painting, anodize, plating,SMT and PCBA,lithium battery, charger and so on.
Key Job Description:
1. Serves as the primary quality focal point between Sigma and the plastic supplier manufacturing facility;
2. Interface and execution of quality tools, methodologies and requirements are fully implemented and met;
3. Provide leadership and work with functional team in resolving supplier quality issues;
4. To lead and drive the supplier for continuous quality improvement processes ensuring the quality goals and expectations are met;
5. Evaluate supplier’s performance and provide feedback to core team. Develop and administer improvement programs;
6. Identification and mitigation of potential quality risks to Sigma cross function team to ensure continuity of supply;
7. Provide leadership, development and implementation of effective SQE structure/program at supplier manufacturing facility to support Sigma expectations.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, excellent health, familiar with Office software.
2. 3+ years supplier quality control working experience in plastic products industry. Rich knowledge of quality controlling on knitted and woven fabric and accessories of plastic products. Familiar with relevant nation/international testing and inspection standards. Learn the process of plastic products. Be good at preparing CAPA.
3. Strong communication sills, organization skill and Jobs Plan abilities.
4. Good command of English in read and writing.
