【Duties and Responsibilities】
1.Develop and translate product concept to a defined product, including project management and resolving technical issues;
新产品开发过程中，由产品设计到投产的相关事项跟进，并熟练项目管理及技术支援；
2.To achieve a competitive product cost by evaluate design, tooling and manufacturing alternatives;
熟练产品设计，模具设计及生产流程对成本的控制；
3.To develop product to meet quality, cost and schedule requirement;
开发产品以满足质量、成本和进度要求;
4.Analyze and standardize packaging design, automate the packaging design into production；
分析并规范包装设计，将包装设计自动化运用到生产；
5. Monitor supporting parties and vendors to achieve product development milestone.
监管及协调相关部门并促进产品开发进度。
【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, manufacturing or industrial Engineering；
制造工程、机械工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.Over 3 years relevant experience in Toy field, Manufacturing plant working experience is preferred ;
1年以上玩具领域相关工作经验，制造行业工作经验优先；
3. Excellent communication skills to work with leaders throughout the company.
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
4. Exceptional technical knowledge in various fields like in AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.
能熟练掌握相关领域技术知识， 如CAD、 Pro-E等。
5. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary.
具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
