The Senior Project Engineer leads the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across the full product development lifecycle. - Lead and manage end-to-end project activities from concept development to mass production.

- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

- Coordinate communication across engineering, supply chain, production, and commercial teams.

- Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- 监督项目进展，分析偏差并实施纠正措施。
- Facilitate project reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- 组织项目评审并向利益相关者汇报更新。
2，Technical Engineering Responsibilities (Hands-On)

- Actively participate in hands-on testing, verification, validation, and evaluation of prototypes.
- 参与原型的实操测试、验证、确认及评估。
- Conduct direct troubleshooting and technical root-cause analysis on electrical/electronic and mechanical systems.
- 对电气/电子及机械系统进行直接故障排查和根因分析。
- Review engineering deliverables including schematics, drawings, models, test results, and samples.
- 审核包括原理图、图纸、模型、测试结果和样品在内的工程交付物。
- Work directly with lab technicians, manufacturing partners, and component suppliers to resolve issues.
- 与实验室技术人员、制造合作伙伴及供应商直接合作解决问题。
- Provide engineering input into development, manufacturability, and product optimization.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical files, revisions, and reports.

- Knowledge of standards such as IEC/EN 60950/62368, 61010, 60335, 60884 is a plus

- Experience preparing technical documentation packages for certification bodies.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- Degree: Bachelor's Degree or specialized in Electronics / Engineering Machinery
- 语言：英文精通；会粤语者优先；
- Language: Proficient in English / Cantonese is preferred
