SBU Finance Analyst
Overview:
Support for financial planning and analysis for Asia Pacific to deliver on SBU and regional objectives. Help to drive results in all disciplines of profitability planning and measurement for Asia Pacific, with key focus on Asia Pacific financial reporting and profitability gap analysis, SBU performance, key investment project review and cost optimization.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide by request of regional monthly reports and analysis to support business decision or performance evaluation. 30%
2. Support to drive project profitability through participating project filtering, standardized reporting, margin analysis, VAVE initivates, project cost review and periodically spending review. 25%
3. Actively participate in SBU performance measurement, risk management and commercial decision through analytical support and deep understanding of production and costing, with key focus on SBU performance and profitability measurement by product classes and customers, price volume analysis, regular revenue forecast versus actual performance. Evaluate new customer credit term and limit, customer credit notes approval, CSS review, booking, shipment and backlog analysis, AR/CPT overdue payment review, etc. 25%
4. Assist in driving regional continuous improvement projects and deliver desired result. 10%
5. Ad hoc assignment as required. 10%
Requirements:
1.University bachelor’s degree
2. 6-8 years of manufacture costing experience, multinational company costing experience is highly preferred
3. Familiar with SAP or Oracle is highly preferred, and excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
4. Be a good team player and know how to drive other functions effectively
5. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
