Overview:
Responsible for related supplier development activities. This includes supplier identification, certification, and continuous improvement. Uses quality, manufacturing, and supply chain experience to minimize the total cost of ownership for Southco sourced. Position involves frequent travel (>50% of the time) to follow painting, plating process on supplier site. Works closely with Sourcing team to resolve quality/technology issues then improve supply chain performance.
The main work experiment need to come from Auto company which main follow surface treatment cosmetic product.
Responsibilities:
1.Supplier quality system and process audit, and supplier performance assessment
2.Supplier APQP. PPAP, technical review, inspection/qualification of samples
3.MRR coordinator in SCM Department to dispose all MRRs related to suppliers.
-Receiving inspection daily job management and production MRB review
4.Supplier Quality Continual Improvement
5.Suppliers and receiving inspection's data/files maintenance and management
-Report SQ/SD progress on monthly basis
6.Guide and coach other SQ/SD staff for Quality tools and issues resolution
Requirements:
1. University degree in Material engineer, preferably surface treatment profession
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must. (Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, using the English Language)
3. 5-8 years working experience in supplier quality management,
4. Strong Knowledge of quality tools eg( APQP, PPAP, SPC, Cpk, FMEA)
5. ISO9000 conversant with working knowledge of TS16949
Overview:
To finish a series of MRO daily operation and develop a strong supplier source to support Shenzhen operations.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop new automation supplier in China to support all of Southco facility globally.
2.Work with Southco engineering team from all of Southco facility globally to follow up all automation projects from request collection, RFQ, negotiation, contract assignment to shipment from the vendor in China.
3.Work with the vendor on contract review and negotiation and follow-up of the contract execution.
4.Travelling to Southco facility globally to know the requests from the all Southco facility and their local vendor information.
5.Annual audit of all automation vendor globally.
Requirements:
1. B.S. with major in Engineering or the related disciplines
2. 5+ years working experience on MRO sourcing or purchasing in multinational manufacturing companies, automation sourcing experience is perfect.
3. Good knowledge of communication and negotiation skill.
4. Good knowledge of Finance and contract.
5. Willing to travel in China and oversea.
6.Fluency in written and oral English.
