岗位职责:
1、负责物料需求计划:基于生产计划,编制准确的物料需求计划,确保物料供应与生产需求相匹配。
2、负责物料采购与跟踪:与采购部门紧密合作,审核物料请购单,跟踪采购进度,确保物料按时到货。
3、负责库存管理:监督原材料、在制品和成品的库存水平,实施有效库存控制策略,减少库存积压与缺料风险。
4、负责呆滞料与废料管理:预防和处理呆滞物料,优化物料使用,减少浪费,对废料进行有效管理与处置。
5、跨部门沟通:与销售、采购、生产、仓库等部门保持良好沟通,协调各方资源,解决生产与物料相关问题。
6、负责订单评审:参与新订单的评审过程,确认交货期的可行性,评估生产需求与现有资源的匹配度。

岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历。
2、具有3年以上 PMC 或相关领域的工作经验。
3、精通办公软件,特别是 Excel,能够运用各种表格函数进行数据分析和处理
4、熟练掌握ERP、OA 等软件操作。
5、良好的组织及沟通能力。
6、英语流利听说读写,可视作工作语言。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Material demand planning:Based on the production plan,prepare an accurate materialrequirement
plan to ensure that the material supply meets the production demand.
2.Responsible for material purchasing and tracking:work closely with the purchasing department to review material requisitions, track purchasing progress, and ensure materials arrive on time.
3.Responsible for inventory management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials,work in
process,and finished goods. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials,work-in-process,and
finished goods,implement effective inventory control strategies, and reduce the risk of stock-outs andmaterialshortages.
4.Responsible for sluggish material and waste management:Prevent and deal with the sluggish
material,optimize the use of material,reduce waste,and effectively manage and dispose of the
wastematerial.
5.cross-sector communication: with sales. Purchasing.Production.Warehouse and other departments maintain good communication and coordination ofresources to solve production and material-related problems.
6.Responsible for order evaluation:Participate in the evaluation process of new orders,confirm
the feasibility of the delivery date,and evaluate the matching degree between the production
demandand theexistingresources.
7.Other work assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher.
2. 3+ years of experience in PMC or related field.
3. Proficient in office software, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data using a variety of spreadsheet functions.
4. Proficient in ERP, OA, and other software operations.
5.Good organizational and communication skills.
6.Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, which can be regarded as a working language.
